    • Domestic delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

    • International delivery times vary based on the destination, courier, and customs clearance procedures.

    • Once dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking information.

  3. Shipping Costs

    • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, volume, and destination.

    • International shipping costs vary by region and carrier and will be shown at checkout or communicated prior to dispatch.

  4. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

    • Orders shipped outside Pakistan may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

    • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

  5. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

    • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before confirming your order.

    • If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in a failed delivery or return, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

    • In case of non-collection or incorrect address, returned packages can be reshipped after payment of applicable shipping fees.

    • Inspect your order upon arrival and report any damage, missing items, or incorrect products within 24 hours of delivery.

    • We’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

    • Claims may require photos of the package and the courier tracking details.
