• Domestic (within Pakistan): We ship to all major cities and regions.
  

1. Processing & Delivery Time
   Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation.
   Domestic delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
   
2. Shipping Costs
   
   Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, volume, and destination.
   International shipping costs vary by region and carrier and will be shown at checkout or communicated prior to dispatch.
   
3. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
   
   Orders shipped outside Pakistan may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
   These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
   
   Please check with your local customs office before placing your order.
   
4. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
   Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before confirming your order.
   If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in a failed delivery or return, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
   In case of non-collection or incorrect address, returned packages can be reshipped after payment of applicable shipping fees.
   
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
   Inspect your order upon arrival and report any damage, missing items, or incorrect products within 24 hours of delivery.
   We’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
   Claims may require photos of the package and the courier tracking details.
   
6. Delivery Delays
   
   Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or holidays.
   Mahi Threads is not responsible for delays beyond our control but will keep you updated if significant delays occur.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
